O lord you have searched me and known me

主啊 你已经鉴察过我也了解了我

You know my sitting down and my rising up

我知道我人生的起起落落

You understand my thought afar off

你远远地就能理解我的想法

You comprehend my path and my lying down

你理解我的生活和屈服

And are acquainted with all my ways

你还熟知我所有的做事方式

If wall word on my tongue

如果我有任何想说的话

But behold o lord you know it altogether

主啊你没有知道的东西

You have hedged me behind and before

你环绕着我

And laid your hand upon me

把你的手按在我的身上

Such knowledge is too wonderful for me

这种体验如此美妙

It is high i cannot attain it

至高无上 那是我不能及的

Where can i go from your spirit

我往哪里去躲避你的灵？

Or where can i flee from your presence

我往哪里去逃避你的面？

If i ascend into heaven you are there

我若升到天堂 你在那里

If i make my bed in hell behold you are there

我若坠入地狱 你在那里

If i take the wings of the morning

我若展开清晨的翅膀

And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea

飞到极海居住

Even there your hand shall lead me

即使在那你的手也会指引着我

And your right hand shall hold me

你的手会牵着我

If i say don't the darkness shall fall on me

如果我说黑暗不会降临

Let abaut may be night

那可能是晚上

Even the darkness is not tie today

即使今天黑暗未降临

But the night shines as the day

黑夜如白昼一样

The darkness is the light with the see

黑暗是看得见的光明

For you formed my inward parts

你塑造我的内心

You covered me together in my mother's womb

我未出生你就庇佑着我

I praise day for i am fearfully and wonderfully

我因我的无畏和完美歌颂你

Wonderfully are your works

你使我完美

And that me knows very well

我清楚地知道

My frame was not hidden from me

我的身形显现

When i been made in secret

我在隐蔽处塑造

And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth

在地的深处塑造

Your eyes saw my substance being yet unformeds

你看着我还未成型

In your book they all were written

你都写在你的册上了

The days fashioned for me

你所定的日子

When as yet there were none of them

我尚未度一日

How precious also are your thoughts to me o god

你的想法对我来说 那是多么珍贵啊 上帝

How best is the sum of them

这种组合如此完美

If i should count them they would

我若数点他们

And the sand number

比海沙更多

When i awake i am still with you

我睡醒的时候 仍与你同在

Oh that you would slay the wicked o god

你会杀掉那些恶人 上帝

Depart from me therefore you bloodthirsty men

作恶的人呐 你们离开我吧

As they speak you fickedly

当他们说你居心叵测

Your enemies off game is in vain

你的敌人已化为灰烬

Do i nothing down o die lord

我无事可做 主啊

And do i not loathe those who rise up can the day

我也不讨厌那些叛变的人

I hate them with perfect hatred

我切切的恨恶他们

I count them my enemies

以他们为仇敌

Search me o god and know my heart

上帝啊 求你鉴察我的内心

Try me and know my anxieties

试炼我 知道我的意念

And see if there be any wicked way in me

看看我有没有作恶的心思

And lead me in the way everlasting

然后带我走向永恒
