class, lesson, lecture, course
这些名词均含“课”之意。
class : 从“班级”引申指学生在一起上课，还可表示“(一节)课”。
The class is too large, we shall have to divide it.（这个班太大了, 我们得拆班。）
lesson : 主要指教材中的一课或每次授课的单位时间。
Have you learnt your lessons?（你的功课学会了吗?）
lecture : 指讲课。
I take it as a pleasure to attend your lecture.（我很愿意听你讲课。）
course : 指在一段时间内教完或学完的完整的课程。
The college course was then cut to three years.（大学学制那时缩短到三年。）
