Scotland is very famous for many things but one of the things that stand out for visitors is the country’s delicacies that are known the world over.
苏格兰的许多东西都闻名于世，而其最具代表性的则是苏格兰备受游客青睐、闻名于世的美食。

苏格兰北部

苏格兰由于其北、西临大西洋，东濒北海，所以有丰富的渔业；而其也有发达的畜牧业，山区多牧牛、羊，这也为苏格兰地区的美食添加了许多原材料，著名的安格拉斯牛便是产自苏格兰的山区。苏格兰还有一样东西是不得不提的，那便是苏格兰的威士忌。既然有那么多美食的存在，那么我们就没理由继续无动于衷了吧，迈开脚步去探寻吧！

Fresh prawns, whether raw or cooked, should smell fresh and clean, not fishy, and should look moist. Avoid any that look dry or that have broken or cracked shells.
无论是生的还是熟的，新鲜的明虾闻起来都要是新鲜干净，看起来不能是腥气，粘乎乎湿哒哒的。不要吃那些壳破掉或者干干的虾。
