As we all know, surveys play an important role in finding out detailed information about different people or things. And in order to guarantee the quality of the survey data, it is wise to adopt a clear and transparent method.
The detailed steps can be divided into three aspects according to the survey procedures, including preparing for the survey; conducting the survey, and analyzing the results of the survey.
The first step is aimed at making adequate preparations for the whole survey, such as determining what the objectives of the survey are and what to ask in the questionnaires; the second step is to invite target groups to complete questionnaires which are designed based on well-defined goals; and the last step is to analyze the statistics and summarize the findings of the survey based on the finished questionnaires, which is also an essential step for the whole survey process.
