阅读部分：

沪友普遍回忆，阅读part3真心难，虽然内容是很熟悉的appraisal，但是各种生词，句子绕来绕去把人绕地晕晕乎乎的。阅读Part6，删去的词有so, however, either, both, but, 和although。

写作部分：

小作文：

沪友tina_hello：柱状图the total number of passengers carried by four airlines from 2008 to 2010. 

大作文：

Report:

沪友茹仔：讲一个公司的大客户要求一件公司未生产过的产品

要求4点：1)the details of the product，2)the effect if your company manufacture this new product，3)outline the consequences if your company don't provide this product，4)recommendation about what to do next

Proposal:

沪友Olily：为公司的一个零售店找一个新的合适的地方

Letter：

沪友tina_hello：One of your supplier make several mistakes with your order, you write the letter to the director of the company.

内容要求: 1)content of the mistakes, 2)the effects, 3)actions required ,4) the standard of service that you hope 

沪友WLinazhou: letter和真题第三辑的一篇几乎一模一样

听力部分：

Part1

沪友orangeboo：
第一部分大致是一个人的成功经历，公司搬家，然后发展到一定阶段找咨询公司给了点建议，然后建议落实有各种效果。

沪友yhzoom和 沪友Joannazhulei:
为什么换地址
为了减少lead time
现在的premises不合适
另外还带来了减少wage bill的好处
一开始担心service //
找了顾问提了三点建议
1 sales manager
2 plastic //
3 online ordering
带来的诸多好处
赢得了第一个海外客户他们是做electronical appliances的
后面有个food transportation, display material，recycled/recyclable/recycle 还有efficiency

part2

沪友orangeboo：
第二部分配对，内容是讲招聘的时候面试官给面试官在面试小朋友时候的建议，还有自己犯过的错误。

part3

沪友orangeboo：
第三部分是讲一个女人去参加了一个培训回来，然后跟另一个男人讨论培训怎么怎么样，什么出乎她意料，什么对她有帮助。

口语部分：

第一部分：

1.Talk something about your job or study and your future plan.

2.Talk something about your work or study place.

3.What brand name means to Chinese?

4.Do you think the working life has changed in china?

5.What do you like most about your major and what's your ideal employer?

第二部分：

1.The importance of having an internal magazine in the communication of different departments

2.Project management: factors involved in running a project effectively

3.The importance of having both permanent employees and temporary employees in a company

4.The factors involved in a training program

第三部分：

1. How to build a new sales team

(1) What support should you offer?

(2) How to measure the performance?

(3) Would you like to manage a sales team and why

(4) Do you think it is important to have a feedback system when managing a sales team

2. Your company which runs fast food restaurant has achieved record revenue and is considering to expand.

(1) In what way can it expand effectively?

(2) What benefit can the company get from outside expertise?

(3) What will happen if a company grows too fast?

(4) What should be considered when a company wants to expand in another country?

3. The supermarket chain you worked for plan to launch a training program to some of your employees. Your manager asks you to make some suggestions to this plan.

(1) How to select employee to attend the training program?

(2) What training program should be introduced?

1.冷风冷雨。坚持考试的精神很值得赞扬。
2.好饿！好憋！监考奶奶大婶好凶好吵！
3.大无畏地半果考，leading to杯具。
4.日语和英语绝对不是一对好基友。N2到手后习惯性应答嗨以及哇嘎拉哪一以及苏密码森。这种森森的既视感。
recommendation
1.复习。
2.认真复习。
3.滚回去好好复习。
