As time flies, I have been a sophomore, formally stepping into the second year in my campus life. And I’m glad to choose English as my major because it can broaden my horizons through reading a large number of books written in English. I have also made many like-minded friends. First, the Intensive Reading itself is characteristic with professional features of English. This typical Chinese-style education is very reflective and has been existed for a long time. What’s more, his specialized knowledge is beyond doubt. He always cites the stories from Bible, which is a require book as a English major student. All in all, the professional features and the inspiring contents as well as the personal chase of teacher contribute to my preference for Intensive Reading course.
