城市交通问题

The progress of transport industry is inevitable and undeniable. What is under controversy is whether the volume of traffic is growing at an alarming rate. To be frank, I am in high favor that we are well aware of the traffic problem.

In my point of view, a possible cause of the problem is that we lack the infrastructureconstruction. Also the overpopulation is the cause of this problem, especially in China. Although the growth of the transport is rapid, it still can not meet the increasing needs of people. Furthermore, people abuse the private cars to take public transport instead, which caused more cars put into use. Lastly, individuals are also responsible for this problem. People are lacking in consciousness and awareness for traffic situation in order. Sometimes, people drive after drinking, which causes more traffic accidents.

The solution, I think, is for government to inject more funds into the construction ofinfrastructure, increase more construction, such as the restructuring of metro system, elevated ways, Pearl line, and superhighway. Also government should levy heavy tax onluxurious products, and encourage people to use bus service instead of private cars. To individuals, we may establish the family planning to control the growth of the population. Furthermore, we should publicize the importance of obeying the traffic regulations among people by education, and form the civil health lifestyle.

To conclude, with the joint effort of people and governments, I am sure the trafficproblems will be improved.

All of the severe pressures like fierce competition, unemployment threat, and extravagant expenses almost make everyone collapsed from exhaustion. Like cats on the hot bricks, these poor human seek various methods to release themselves. It seems like a good way to indulged themselves with drinking and smoking，dippy with a confusedly condition. Few people stand in a firm position criticize its negative way because smoking would not make people lose mind and go to a dead lane, or disturb social system.

Different with cigarette, drugs not only lead to death, but also is a severe social problem needs to solve. In order to get a sudden huge profit, the mafia imposed on the druggy that need this narcotic extremely, to do illegal bargaining by any kinds of means. Selling drugs, murder, all of these would disturbance of the peace by criminal force from many countries, like Italian. Not only is this, the worst thing countless families destroyed, sadness and darkness around them. And that brings on instability and chaos to the society directly.

All in all, the essential measurement is government should investment fund and labor force to reinforce legal system construction and social management. Impose penalty and improve social awareness and consciousness are the necessary condition. As for the private thing like smoking, we can do nothing except propaganda and education.

Recent surveys have found that nearly 60% of the countries or regions all over the world have to import goods and products from other countries with an aim to satisfying people's requirements, and among those things from other countries such agricultural products as fruits and vegetables rank in the first place.

Furthermore, air transport can not only boost the local economy but also increase the fiscal revenue of the government. Furthermore, the government can take advantage of the money to improve the living standard of the locals. Only in this way can local residents benefit a great deal form air transport.

Last but not least, air transport allows countries in the world to specialize in the state-of-the-art techniques of manufacturing and processing in order to optimize natural resources that are the most valuable wealth that human beings shall cherish so as to stimulate their economy continuously since the trend of global cooperation and co123boration is inevitable and indispensable.

From the above-mentioned analysis, we can easily reach the conclusion that air transport of fruits and vegetables plays a vital and indispensable role in both people' life and the country's economy, and I have the convicted faith that people will really utilize it positively and proactively.

Smoking kills millions of people and will continue to; however, tobacco use is legal in almost all countries. Anti-smoking campaigns have in the past decades won many battles without winning the war. Like it or not, the reality is that cigarettes are here to stay.

It is strongly recommended that smoking tobacco should be banned in order to protect public health and social environment. For one thing, the problem of cigarette smoking is nicotine, meaning tobacco use is addictive like cocaine. As an addiction, smoking harms nearly every organ in the body. In addition to being a health problem, smoking is a social issue affecting the freedom to breathe clean air. For that matter, the logic is that smoking is optional, but breathing is not. Thus, smoking bans must exist to prevent breathing people from the second-hand smoke.

Conversely, smokers have rights, too, as long as tobacco use remains not illegal. Imagine that cigarettes were invented today, all tobacco products would probably be made illegal like, say, cocaine. Of course, this is certainly not the case because tobacco is a visible product but cocaine marketing goes underground. Legally speaking, therefore, a pack of cigarettes may be seen as legal as a loaf of bread or a bottle of wine, except that tobacco is paying more tax. Based on this argument, banning cigarettes demands having to outlaw tobacco sales in the first place, which seems highly unlikely. No wonder, smoking has not been stopped; it has only moved elsewhere.

To sum up, it is a matter of opinion whether smoking tobacco like other dangerous drugs should be made illegal or not. The war against cigarettes will not come to an end anytime soon, while 'smoking rights' are only down but far from out. Smoking kills slowly, and many people know that; but so what, who is in a hurry?
