1.虽然官方电话说是复议信不需要，但复议信还是有用的。不一定是在senior examiner那儿直接影响评分，但是可以让当地考试机构(e.g.BC)加快复议程序(邮寄和通知)

2.手写是大忌，无论你书法多好。格式的话，当做申述邮件写成。全文写完打印出来，再手写签名即可。标题可有可无，文始称谓(e.g.Dear Sir/Madam)和文末致敬(e.g.Yours truly)要有。内容方面，述求要有礼有节，语气要中肯，不可夸大。
