Gray skills：就是指“灰色技能”。
灰色技能指的是某些企业要求毕业生具备的诸如喝酒、唱歌、搓麻、打牌等技能。灰色技能一般不会白纸黑字地写在招聘要求上，但是很多人都心知肚明。同样“灰色”的off-the-books income（灰色收入）指的是不记入账的那部分收入。
