我们先从大家最关心的问题来分享,英文邮件中,可以用Miss或Mrs.称呼女士吗?
答案是否定的,因为你并不确定邮件接收人是否结婚,所以用Miss或Mrs.称呼女士就不太合适了。下面给大家分享一些比较正式的用法:

✅To whom it may concern: 敬启者:(美式英语中较常用)
You can just put "Dear Sir or Madam", or you can write "to whom it may concern".
你可以只写“亲爱的先生或女士”,也可以写“敬启者”。

To&CC发送,抄送对象一定要分清。
To: 需要直接对邮件进行回复、采取后续动作的人;
CC(carbon copy): 只需要知晓邮件内容、不需要对邮件做出回复或采取后续行动的人
给女性写信时,不管对方是否已婚,除非对方坚持用Mrs. 这一称呼,一般都用Ms. 来称呼对方。
如果跟收件人关系比较亲密,则可以在Hi、Hello或者Hey后面写上对方的名字并加一个逗号(,):
