The [ai] diphthong. This combines the ah as in father and the ih as in sit. Aahh-iihh. In the ah vowel, the tongue is very relaxed, so the front is just kind of sitting there. Ah. However for the ih, it moves up a little on the back of the teeth. Aahh-iihh. So I would say the emphasis goes from the back of the tongue to the front.

[ai]这个音包含了father中的[a:]音和sit中的[i]音。发[a:]时舌头非常放松，舌尖基本就是躺在那里。但是到了[i]音时，舌尖要略微上台，触到齿背。所以我们可以说发[ai]时，重心是从舌根慢慢转移到舌尖。
